hae Sacred Heart of Jesus Holy Name Society normally meets every month on the Second Tuesday at 7:30PM in the Parish Center. he meeting is preceded by the Holy Name Litany and Rosary beginning at 7:00PM.

Our next monthly meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, November 09, 2021.

There is also a Home Name Society Mass at 8:30AM scheduled every month on the Second Sunday..

All members (and their families) are welcome to attend this Mass should the current conditions allow.

Due to the past months of the COVID-19 virus, Monthly Meetings had been on hold since November 2020.  With the somewhat improvement in the situation and the increasing numbers of persons now vaccinated, we met on Tuesday, May 11, 2021 to update outstanding business items as needed.  The 2021-2022 Fiscal Year began on September 01, 2021.

All men in the Parish are always welcome to attend our meetings to see what we are about and to join us our Holy Name Society Monthly Mass.

The Holy Name Society promotes the honor and glory of our Divine God and the personal sanctification of the members by acts of love and devotion to the most Holy Name of Jesus.  The spirited life of its members is a perpetual act of reverence and love.
Our members perform the Corporal Works of Mercy; to feed the hungry, clothe the naked, give drink to the thirsty, shelter to the homeless, tend the sick, visit those in prison and bury the dead.  As well as the spiritual Works of Mercy to convert sinners, instruct the ignorant, counsel the wayward, comfort the sorrowing, bear adversity patiently, forgive offenses and pray for the living and dead on a Parochial, Diocesan and National Level.
The Holy Name Society promotes the respect for the Most Holy Name of God, Faith in the Catholic Church and the Magisterium, loyalty to one’s country and respect for all lawful authority, both civil and religious.

The Fall 2021 Holy Name of Jesus Society Bottle and Can Drive has been postponed.  However, President Don Monheim has offered to pick up bottles and cans accumulated by members and turn them in and deposit the proceeds in our Holy Name Treasury.

If you choose, you may also take them to a local bottle and can redemption center and donate the proceeds to the parish finances to help compensate for the recent lost revenues due to the pandemic.  Thank you for all your past donations of bottles and cans!
